Privacy policy
The company guarantees the privacy of all information entered by the customer through the booking system (services) of the accommodation chosen by the client.
1. Purpose of processing personal data
While booking the room, you singly enter the following information in specially designated fields: last name, first name, middle name, email address, phone number, and citizenship.
If you choose the payment method – Bank card or Bank card reservation guarantee, you are asked to enter your credit card information (credit card type, card number, CVC2/CVV2 code, card expiration date, cardholder name).
All this data is necessary for the room reservations and additional services, and for an advance payment or full payment for the reserved rooms and additional services (if you choose the payment method - Bank card or Bank card reservation guarantee).
We use the data solely to establish an effective, comfortable, and convenient service for online booking of rooms (services).
The company does not disclose or transfer personal information to third-party recipients and has the right to transfer the customer’s personal information only to ensure compliance with the reservation and subsequent processing of the reservation, including accounting and reporting documentation.
2. Use and Disclosure of Personal Information
The Company does not sell, transfer, or disclose your data to anyone without your consent.
When you choose a payment method - Bank card (Bank card or Bank card reservation guarantee), there are two options for processing data on your payment. The hotel selects the way of data processing :
- You make an advance payment for the first night of your stay at the hotel. In this case, your payment goes through a secure channel of the Internet acquiring payment system. Your credit card information is not stored on our server.
- Your credit card information is transmitted directly to the hotel via safeguard communication channels. Please note that credit card information is stored on our server for no more than 10 days from your departure from the hotel indicated in the booking. At the end of this period, the specified information is deleted.
While booking hotel rooms (services), the system suggests you to read the User Agreement, which describes in details the methods of our interaction with you.
By agreeing to the terms of this User Agreement, you consent to the collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), use, transfer to the hotel, depersonalization, and destruction of your data.You provide this consent to carry out any actions concerning data that do not contradict the legislation of Ukraine, aimed at achieving the goals specified in the User Agreement, including online booking by the client of the selected accommodation facility, preparation of reporting, and accounting documentation.
The online booking system uses encryption protocols for secure data transfer. In addition, the Online Booking System sends a Voucher (reservation confirmation) to the hotel by email to speed up the processing of your reservation.
The booking information is stored on the company's safeguard server. If you disagree with the privacy policy terms, further booking becomes impossible. The processing of your data is being stopped. By continuing to book, you agree to the terms of the present privacy policy.
3. Use of Cookies
To provide high-quality online booking services, the company saves cookies on the user’s computer and uses them at a later date.
The company guarantees that no advertising service has access to the cookies used during the booking process.
We record information about your IP address and browser type, which can be used to detect system errors, cases of fraud, or unauthorized actions.
4. Possibility to edit and delete information and personal settings
By finalizing the booking process, a confirmation is displayed on the screen. In addition, the same confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided during the booking process.
If you lose your confirmation, you can always request a copy by email
Please carefully check the correctness of the information you have entered If your personal information is entered incorrectly, we will change it at your request. To provide any changes you need to contact the company using the contacts.
5. Security access to data
Access to user data who made a reservation through the hotel system is password protected.
6. Changes to the Notification
The Company reserves the right at any time, if necessary, to change the way it collects, transmits, and processes personal data and other relevant information. In this regard, the Notification of Personal Data Processing may be amended with recent changes.
